Our track record includes working with Crest Nicholson on the Highland Park development in Henley-on-Thames. This scheme will eventually see the creation of 131 new homes built in two phases.

Phase 1 has entailed the relocation of a community centre to a more prominent and accessible location. The community centre has been replaced by 21 new homes.

Phase 2 will see the creation of a new mixed use community consisting of 110 new homes alongside the relocated community centre, new foot and cycle paths and significant open and planted spaces.

Unique is providing a complete supply and fit solution to the development using our extensive and state-of-the-art fabrication facilities as well as our own dedicated installation teams.

We have supplied UPVC windows in a timeless white colour using the BBA certified Logik system from Eurocell.

These windows enjoy a A++ energy efficiency rating, are backed by a 10-year guarantee and have market leading environmental credentials thanks in part to their use of recycled content from old UPVC window and door frames.
