Unique continues award-winning growth
The exceptional success and growth of Unique Window Systems has been recognised in an independent league table compiled by a leading professional services firm.
The fabricator of UPVC and aluminium windows, doors and curtain walling, which operates from a 165,000 sq. ft., state-of-the-art manufacturing site in Leicester, has ranked 16th in the Midlands Industrials Top 100 report.
Published by MHA, a member of the Baker Tilly global network of accountancy, tax and advisory service providers, the report recognises the top 100 fastest growing businesses in the Midlands based on annual compound EBITDA growth over a three year period.
The featured businesses operate across the advanced manufacturing, engineering and industrial sectors. Collectively, they have combined revenues of £4.68 billion and employ approximately 20,000 people.

Manufacturing continues to dominate the rankings, accounting for approximately 79% of the listings and reinforcing the Midlands’ longstanding reputation as a powerhouse for UK manufacturing and engineering.

Unique Window Systems has experienced significant expansion in recent years with its turnover more than doubling since 2020.
The company actually achieved EBITDA growth of 50.5% over the period analysed for the Midlands Industrials Top 100 compared to the league table’s average EBITDA growth of 27.9%
In particular, the business, which recently celebrated its 20th anniversary, has continued to further its achievements in the new build, PBSA (purpose-built student accommodation), BTR (build-to-rent), commercial and industrial sectors.
Its successes in these sectors include providing fenestration solutions to over 1000 new build and commercial projects across the UK to date.
