The development will deliver 306 quality new homes in the city centre of Milton Keynes, including an allocation of 43 affordable housing apartments.
Spanning up to 14 floors, the scheme will also provide c.25,500 sqft of external amenity space and c.10,000 sqft of internal retail and amenity space.
Facilities for residents will include a 24-hour concierge, residents’ lounge, gym, fitness studio, sky lounge and multi-use games room.
Located on the site of a former three-storey office block, the new development has been designed by Latitude Architects with an RC frame, inset juliet balconies, and a brick skin and stone banding facade.
Innovations include prefabricated bathroom pods and utility cupboards and a blue roof solution.
A modern and highly sustainable scheme, the development is targeting a 4* Homes Quality Mark rating, WiredScore Gold and EPC ‘B’ rating for all apartments.
The scheme is being developed by HG Living for the Pension Insurance Corporation, with HG Construction appointed as the main contractor.
