Unique Window Systems will design, supply and install windows and doors for the second phase of an enormous 778-plot new build development on Bristol Street in Birmingham.
Unique have specified the Eurocell PVCu Eurologik system for the window and rear doors, as well as the Senior Architectural Systems’ 500/501 door system for the aluminium communal entrance doors. For the front doors, Unique will be supplying and installing Phoenix Composite Doors for the Birmingham city-centre scheme.
The second phase of the project includes 163 plots, with the development a mix of apartments and houses; offering living facilities for residents in all walks of life. The entire scheme will consist of 590 apartments (76% of the total scheme) and 188 houses (24%), which would be a mix of one and two bed apartments, plus one, two and three-bed houses. It is proposed that 10% of the total accommodation will be designated affordable housing.
